Installations
We have years of experience installing computer systems in both home and small business'. Normally this is charged at our onsite rates but for larger installations discounts are available.
We do not sell computer systems not are affiliated with any IT providers. We have also rejected offers of "kickbacks" for promoting specific IT equipment and various Internet services. The reason we have done this is to ensure that our opinions and advice are as unbiased as possible and based on our own and customer's experience.
Roaming profiles, internet proxies, virtual private networks, mail servers, offsite backup, mirroring, remote administration, file servers, network cabling, wireless networks, secure email and data syncronisation of mobile devices are some of the more common customer requests we deal with.
After years of hype, Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) has matured and is gaining acceptance amongst businesses worldwide as a way of significantly reducing their call costs. We have experience of integrating systems with IP enabled PBX's and other Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) devices such as handsets utilising H.323 and SIP protocols.
