All repairs, servicing and installations are carried out or supervised by an experienced and qualified software and IT professional. Our customers have a choice of options with regard to getting their computer serviced / repaired.

Repairs / Installations carried out at your site or our premises are $90 per hour (inc GST) with a minimum charge of ($40). 

Normally we just require your computer's base unit. If we can not fix your computer we do not charge. Whilst at our premises, we only charge for the time spent working on the computer. For example, if you have an older PC and a virus scan takes two hours then we only charge for time to initialise the scan, interpret the results and if necessary remove the virus.

Collection / Onsite :  We charge $0.75 per Km (each way) for homes / premises outside of Te Aroha and Morrinsville.  Normally we fix most problems on-site.
