All repairs, servicing and installations are carried out or supervised by an experienced and qualified software and IT professional. Our customers have a choice of options with regard to getting their computer serviced / repaired.

Shop Repairs / Installations carried out at our premises in Te Aroha are just $50 per hour (inc GST) with a minimum charge of 15 minutes ($12.50).

Normally we just require your computer's base unit. If we can not fix your computer we do not charge. Whilst at our premises, we only charge for the time spent working on the computer. For example, if you have an older PC and a virus scan takes two hours then we only charge for time to initialise the scan, interpret the results and if necessary remove the virus.

Collection: If you are unsure how to connect / disconnect your computer or just do not have the time to come to our store, then perhaps our collection and drop off service will interest you. We can disconnect and collect your computer from just $5. Delivery and reconnection is from just $5. Please note that this is a collection / delivery service. Testing, training, demonstrating etc. at your home while providing this service is at our onsite rates.

Onsite: Repairs, servicing and installations to your computer and related IT equipment can be carried out at your home or business premises by prior arrangement for $75 per hour ( inc GST) with a minimum charge of twenty minutes ($25). We charge $0.75 per Km (each way) for homes / premises outside of Te Aroha.
